Operating model requires company confirmation

The company name is supplied for this website. Available information does not establish that every course is delivered directly by the company or taught only by its employees. Neither statement is certified here.

Entity & course scope

CAVE LEARNINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is the entity identified for the Cave Learnings brand in this project. The site describes entrepreneurship development, startup mentoring, business growth and customised institutional or corporate learning. Registered office, CIN/GST details where applicable, and authorised contacts must be verified before transactions open.

Who conducts the courses?

A named, course-by-course faculty list has not yet been supplied. Each confirmed offering must disclose its lead instructor, relevant credentials, instructor relationship to the provider, schedule and responsible service provider. Employment status cannot be inferred from someone being described as a mentor or expert.

Recommended operating structure — for confirmation

A company-managed direct-service model could fit the proposed programs: Cave contracts with the learner, sets the curriculum and fee, issues the invoice, manages delivery and support, and remains accountable for refunds. It may use its own employees and/or instructors engaged under contract, if that reflects the actual arrangement.

This is a recommendation, not an assertion about existing operations. A contracted trainer engaged by the provider is different from an independent seller contracting with the learner.

If a marketplace or academy partnership is used

If learners contract with independent trainers or academies, each listing must identify that seller’s legal/trading name, address, contact and grievance route, relevant registrations, course deliverables, price/taxes, invoicing party, payment collection arrangement, delivery obligations and refund responsibility. Cave’s role and any platform fees must also be disclosed before purchase.

Third-party seller checkout is not implemented on this website. That technical fact does not establish the company’s arrangements outside this site.
