POLICIES / CANCELLATIONS

Return, Refund &
Cancellation Policy

Proposed commercial policy · owner adoption pending

Prepared on 15 September 2026. This is a complete proposal for upcoming programs, not a confirmation of current enrolment terms. No course purchases are accepted through this website. The adopted policy and confirmed program details must be supplied before payment.

1. Scope

This proposal covers paid training, mentoring and workshop services once expressly adopted in an enrolment agreement. No physical goods are sold on this website, so product returns and reverse shipping do not currently apply. Service cancellation and refund rights are separate from product returns.

2. Suggested refund schedule

SituationProposed treatment
Cancellation before the first scheduled session100% of the program fee paid.
Cancellation after the program startsRefund for undelivered sessions, using the agreed session allocation in the enrolment summary. No additional cancellation penalty.
Cave cancels before the program beginsFull refund, or a transfer only if the learner chooses it.
Cave cannot deliver part of a program or makes a material change the learner cannot acceptRefund for affected, undelivered services, without reducing any additional statutory remedies.
Duplicate or excess paymentRefund the verified duplicate or excess amount.

Before enrolment, the provider must explain how session value is allocated. Package value must not be reallocated after cancellation to reduce a refund. Deficient, misdescribed or undelivered services remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. How a refund would be requested

Use the verified support or grievance channel listed on the enrolment confirmation. Include the learner’s name, program, order reference, transaction date and reason. Never share an OTP, PIN, password or complete card details.

The proposal is to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve complaints within one month, subject to applicable law. The company must adopt and staff these service commitments before enrolment opens.

4. Processing & payment method

Proposed operational target: initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after verifying the request, normally to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider crediting time is separate; any delay should be communicated with a reference number. Statutory obligations take priority over this proposed timeline.

5. Transfers, missed sessions & digital material

A batch transfer is subject to availability and written agreement; credit is not forced instead of an eligible refund. Make-up or recording availability must be disclosed before booking. Recorded courses, standalone digital purchases or physical study kits are not sold here; they require their own disclosed terms if introduced.
